Handle

incoming calls and customer inquiries

Generate leads

and convert them into potential customers Identify and assess customer needs, providing tailored solutions Build and maintain

strong relationships with customers

Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring appropriate solutions and follow-ups for customer satisfaction
