The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in the PCD Pharma sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for PCD Pharma products to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product launches.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and marketing principles.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Office and Marg for Pharma.
