Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of PCB processes who can independently handle and manage multiple departments within the PCB production area. The candidate will be responsible for process control, quality improvement, coordination, and overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage and monitor up to 10 PCB process departments Ensure smooth operation of PCB processes (imaging, drilling, plating, etching, lamination, AOI, testing) Control process parameters and ensure compliance with specifications Identify process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Coordinate with quality, planning, and maintenance teams Improve productivity, yield, and process efficiency Train and guide department staff on process standards and best practices

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of end-to-end PCB processes Ability to handle multiple departments independently Experience in process control, defect analysis, and quality improvement Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Experience

2-5 years of experience in PCB / manufacturing industry
