PCB Panel Depanelization Technician

Job Purpose:

Responsible for performing precise depanelization of assembled PCB panels into individual boards using mechanical, laser, or router-based equipment. Ensures high-quality output without damage to components, solder joints, or PCBs, adhering to manufacturing and ESD standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Depanelization Operations:

Work on depaneling of PCB manually, to separate PCB panels. Handle PCBs carefully to prevent stress or damage to components.

Quality & Inspection:

Inspect depanelized boards visually or using magnification to detect defects (burrs, cracks, solder joint stress). Ensure boards meet IPC-A-610 and internal quality standards. Segregate and report non-conforming parts to the supervisor or QA.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

1-3 years in PCB manufacturing, assembly, or depanelization process.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience on Depanelling of PCB Knowledge of PCB handling, ESD practices, and IPC standards. Basic understanding of soldering, SMT, and assembly flow.

Key Competencies:

Attention to detail and steady hand coordination. Ability to follow standard work procedures and quality guidelines. Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Teamwork, discipline, and reliability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
