We are looking for a motivated

PCB Layout Engineer

to join our hardware design team. The ideal candidate will be involved in schematic design, PCB layout, and supporting prototype and production builds for digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs.

Responsibilities

Design PCBs using techniques such as high-speed routing, Kelvin connections, Manhattan routing, optimized return paths, line termination, and efficient power routing Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts for digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits Execute multi-layer PCB designs with focus on signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability Create, review, and maintain PCB footprints, symbols, and libraries as per datasheets and industry standards Generate manufacturing and assembly deliverables including Gerber files, BOM, pick-and-place files, and assembly drawings Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure PCB fit, mounting, and alignment within enclosures Participate in design reviews and incorporate cross-functional feedback Maintain accurate design documentation and version control Support yield improvement, cost optimization, and design iterations based on manufacturing feedback Work with PCB fabricators and EMS partners to resolve DFM/DFA issues Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and functional validation
