Position Title: PCB Engineer

Experience Required: 3-7 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plus.

Job Summary:

Assist in the design and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs) using CAD software

(e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad) under the guidance of senior engineers and

designers.

Collaborate with hardware engineers to understand design requirements,
constraints, and specifications for PCB layouts.

Participate in schematic capture, component placement, and routing of PCBs while
adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on PCB layouts to ensure compliance
with design guidelines, electrical performance criteria, and manufacturability

requirements.

Support the testing and validation of PCB prototypes, troubleshooting issues, and
implementing design modifications as needed.

Generate and maintain documentation including PCB schematics, layout files,
assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) to facilitate manufacturing and

assembly processes.

Assist in the selection and procurement of electronic components, working closely
with vendors and suppliers to source parts that meet project requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, firmware
developers, and quality assurance personnel to integrate PCB designs into final

product assemblies.

Stay informed about advancements in PCB design technologies, industry trends, and
emerging standards to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and

enhance design capabilities.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge,
providing assistance to team members, and actively participating in team meetings

and discussions.
