Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

PCB Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating electrical circuit designs into functional printed circuit board layouts, ensuring manufacturability, signal integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design multi-layer PCB layouts based on electrical schematics. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to meet design requirements. Generate Gerber files, BOMs, and fabrication drawings for PCB manufacturing. Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DRC (Design Rule Check) reviews. Select appropriate materials and components based on electrical and thermal considerations. Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure successful PCB fabrication and assembly. Maintain and update PCB libraries and documentation.

Qualifications:

12th/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. 6 months+ of experience in PCB design (adjust as needed). Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle, KiCad, or similar tools. Understanding of IPC standards and electronic component footprints. Knowledge of signal integrity, impedance control, and high-speed design. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with rigid-flex or HDI designs. Familiarity with RF or power electronics design. Experience working with EMC/EMI considerations. Familiarity with mechanical CAD integration (e.g., SolidWorks or Fusion 360).
