Job Description

Job Title:

PCB Assembly & Soldering Technician

Department:

Production / R&D

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

soldering and de-soldering

of electronic components (SMD & THT). Carry out

PCB assembly, rework, and modifications

as per project requirements. Conduct

functional and continuity testing

of assembled PCBs. Identify and troubleshoot

faulty connections or components

during the assembly/testing process. Handle

electronic tools and equipment

(soldering station, multimeter, hot air gun, microscope, etc.) safely and efficiently. Maintain

quality standards

and follow

ESD-safe procedures

during work. Support the

production and R&D teams

with prototype builds and small batch assemblies. Maintain records of completed work and assist in inventory management of components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electronics or a related field. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in

PCB soldering, rework, and testing

. Good understanding of

electronic components and circuit assembly

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a

solar, electronics, or automation industry

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
