Role Overview
The Transactional Planning & Controlling Specialist is responsible for executing activities related to Transactional Planning & Controlling for designated dimensions. This includes the creation and modification of master data, execution of allocation cycles, and preparation of Line of Business (LoB), Profit & Loss (P&L), and month-end reports.
Key Result Areas
Transactional Planning & Controlling

  • Perform transactional Planning & Controlling activities, including tool-based optimization, with a focus on closing support linked to accounting and FICO.
  • Support all activities related to controlling, month-end closing, and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare necessary monthly reconciliations and reports.
  • Maintain master data for dimensions (e.g., Cost Center, Work Breakdown Structure) in SAP and other tools
Other Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures to automate tasks within closing, planning, and master data maintenance.
  • Provide support for standard queries related to SAP tools.
  • Assist during internal or external audits.
  • Contribute to staff development.
  • Undertake other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to Transactional Planning & Controlling as assigned
