Role Overview :
We are looking for experienced professionals in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our growing team in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end insurance processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
Process and validate transactions for Property & Casualty Insurance in line with client SLAs.
Review, analyze, and resolve complex insurance cases/policies.
Provide domain expertise and act as an escalation point for critical issues.
Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support new transitions, training, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements :
2-6 years of experience in P&C Insurance processes.
For SPE: Hands-on experience in P&C operations with strong process knowledge.
Guidewire with claims experience is mandatory for Property and Casualty Insurance.
Candidates should have experience Guidewire with claims both.
Claims background preferably worked on Guidewire.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Flexibility to work in US shifts
