Job role

1. Conduct Tool Box meetings before the start of work.


2. Conduct safety induction training for newcomers.


3. Conduct Job specific safety Training for workers and staff at site.


4. Ensure Daily Site Safety Inspections and maintain records.


5. Ensures all tools and equipment are maintained, regularly checked and recorded.


6. Ensure a safe working environment at the site.


7. Facilitate first-aid at the site.


8. Maintain good housekeeping at the site.


9. Coordinate with clients and fulfil HSSE requirements at the site.


10. Routine safety inspections for identification of unsafe acts and conditions and follow-up to control them.


11. Ensure a permit-to-work system at the site.
