Key Responsibilities:

Current and Savings Accounts (CASA)
through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
+ Generate leads from the open market and follow up for conversions.
+ Cross-sell and upsell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products.
+ Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
+ Achieve individual and branch targets for product sales and customer acquisition.
+ Perform regular follow-ups with clients for service and business development.
+ Maintain updated knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales.

Skills Required:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Good knowledge of banking products and local market
