Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for
Current and Savings Accounts (CASA)
through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
Generate leads from the open market and follow up for conversions.
Cross-sell and upsell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
Achieve individual and branch targets for product sales and customer acquisition.
Perform regular follow-ups with clients for service and business development.
Maintain updated knowledge of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
Good knowledge of banking products and local market
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with prior experience in CASA Sales.
