We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the sales and adoption of our Escrow-as-a-Service platform - SprintEXcrow. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to the revenue growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional to be part of a fast-growing fintech company and make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Escrow services across targeted sectors.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects, clients, and channel partners.- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase SprintEXcrow's value proposition.- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition and market dynamics to identify growth areas.- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, product, onboarding and Customer Care to ensure a seamless client experience.- Provide market feedback to enhance product features and customer success.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
