Exp Range: 6 to 8 years

o Understand the customer process & success fully Transition the same to the outsourced o Clearly define a project's objectives, scope & deliverables o Estimate and plan personnel, equipment and financial resources o Develop meaningful and workable project plans o Handle conflict and change management effectively o Identify, communicate and manage the risks associated with the project o Ensure adherence to TCS iQMS standards, establish audit trail for all the work done o Regularly and professionally report project activities, deliverables and milestones to management o Manage transition cost.

Knowledge &Skills :
o Knowledge of BPS Industry and Practices (Must Have) o Project Management Tools & Techniques, PMP,Prince II (Preferred) o Knowledge and application experience of BPO Transition frameworks (Must Have) o Exposure to business process Quality Management framework, ex. Agile, Six Sigma or LEAN (Preferred) o Proficiency in MS office tools like Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint & Word (Must Have) o In-depth knowledge of technology solutions related to BPS solutions around imaging and workflow (Preferred) o Good written and verbal communication skills (Must Have).
10 to 20 years of Transition experience. Should have experience in BPS Transition.
