Job Title: Payroll Specialist



Location: Kolkata



Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only



Experience Required: 4-6 years



Employment Type: Full-Time



Knowledge & Experience



Working Experience of 4-6 years for ANZ Geo.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM (mandatory), Workday, MYOB
Good knowledge of ANZ payroll legislation & payroll pay elements
Should be able to manually calculate Gross to Net and handle complex payroll calculations, such as priority term redundancy
Should be a ble to manually calculate Arrears, Retro Pay, Tax balance adjustment etc.


Processing employee payroll as per pay elements/ pay frequency & payroll calendars
Experience in Hire to retire HR transactions EDM, HR Admin, lodgments, Payroll Processing & Accounting


Formal Education & Certification



Bachelor / Master's degree in any discipline

Skill Set



HRO Experience in ANZ Geo
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM (mandatory), Workday
Ability to Work on a Deadline and handle pressure
