Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous
Payroll Specialist
to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to labour laws while supporting employees with payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
Verify timesheets, attendance records, and leave balances.
Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and statutory filings.
Maintain payroll records and generate reports for HR & Finance.
Assist employees with tax calculations and investment declarations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
1-4 years in payroll processing.
Skills:
Proficiency in payroll software & MS Excel, strong understanding of labour laws, attention to detail, and confidentiality management.
