meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist

Accounts Team

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end processing of

monthly salaries

and

performance-based incentives

Maintain and verify

employee KYC

and

banking documentation

Ensure

accurate and timely payroll processing

using

Razorpay payroll software

Prepare and manage

sales reports

relevant to payroll and finance Coordinate with external agencies for

background verification documentation

Ensure timely

PF (Provident Fund)

and

PT (Professional Tax)

payments and compliance Address employee queries related to

salaries, TDS, incentives

, and payroll deductions Handle

employee insurance

enrollment, queries, and renewals Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll records and sensitive employee information

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Accounting

, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in

payroll processing

or

finance operations

Solid understanding of

Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance

(PF, PT, ESI, TDS)

Hands-on experience using Razorpay payroll software

is essential Proficient in

MS Excel

and other reporting tools Strong attention to detail with excellent

analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion

Pay: ?14,454.30 - ?37,000.00 per month
