Manage the entire gamut of Payroll and Attendance Management System, manage the Employee Data Base and ensure adherence to Statutory Compliance
Maintaining Employee Master Data:
*Receive daily update on Joinees, Exits & Transfers from Recruitment team
*Create Employee Code and update Employee Master
Share Data with all concerned
Maintain updated Employee Master
Time Attendance System :
Receive Monthly Attendance from Zonal HR
*Verification of Attendance, conciliation with Master & rectification as required
Full & Final Settlement :
*Verify the documents received of Resigned employees
Prepare F&F statement of Resigned employees, seek approval and process for disbursement
Payroll :
*Re-verification of the attendance data, verify employee details (Employee. ID, Aadhaar etc.) for duplication
Receive deduction details from Accounts department (advance, fines etc.)
Receive deduction details from HR (Mobile etc.)
Port the attendance data in Payroll Software
Download Payroll data Software, prepare Zone-wise pay sheet, verify with excel data
Verify unauthorized absenteeism cases, hold salary, update data in Payroll software
Send to Head-HR for approval
Pay sheet re-conciliation (comparison of previous month's Pay sheet with current Pay sheet)
Based on Physical presence, prepare Fuel Allowance data of eligible employees
Generate Paypro upon receiving of approval for Pay sheet, send to Accounts for disbursement of salaries.
Statutory & Process Compliance :
Ensure PF/ESI Challans are generated and payments made within timelines
Provide Provision data to Accounts (Bonus, Gratuity & EL)
Grievance handling of Employee Salary, F&F, EPF and ESIC.
Deliverance of Salary advances, Earned Leaves, Bonus, Variable pay, PF & Gratuity as per the policy.
Qualification & Experience:
MBA(HR)/PGDHRM/MSW or any other equivalent degree with 3 - 9 Years' experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
