Manage the entire payroll cycle--from data collection, validation, and processing to final salary disbursement--ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
Statutory compliance:
Independently handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory deductions. Ensure timely filings, submissions, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Record management:
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, attendance data, and payroll information. Ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
Employee support:
Address payroll-related queries from employees, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance regarding statutory deductions and salary components.
Reporting and audits:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports. Support internal and external audits by providing required data and resolving payroll-related audit issues.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Coordinate with HR Business Partners and the Finance team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations, including reconciliations and policy updates.
