Preparation of salary registers and payslips.
Statutory Compliance
Calculation and generation of
PF & ESIC Challans
on a monthly basis.
Filing of
Professional Tax (PT)
and
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
returns as per state laws.
Ensure timely payment and submission of all statutory dues.
Employee KYC & Database Management
Maintain accurate employee records with updated KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank, UAN, ESIC details).
Assist new employees in completing PF & ESIC registrations.
Online Claims & Withdrawals
Handle
online filing of PF/ESIC claims
, withdrawals, and transfer requests.
Coordinate with employees and statutory authorities for query resolution.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain monthly payroll MIS reports and compliance trackers.
Prepare annual reconciliation statements for audit and statutory inspections.
Support in preparation of Form 3A, Form 6A, and other labor law-related returns.
Statutory Compliance Support
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and government notifications.
Maintain and update statutory registers and employee files.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, and TDS.
Hands-on experience in online portals (EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha, etc.)
Strong in MS Excel and payroll software.
Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Graduate in
Commerce / HR / Management
or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
preferred.
