Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management, with strong knowledge of statutory compliances, employee benefits, and salary disbursement processes. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, overtime, incentives, and reimbursements. Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and Gratuity. Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRMS/ERP systems. Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports for management. Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for smooth payroll operations. Address payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management (preferably in manufacturing/textile sector). Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliances. Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Salary ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month
