Payroll Management



Process monthly payroll accurately and on time Maintain payroll records, employee compensation data, and statutory deductions Calculate overtime, bonuses, incentives, leave encashment, and final settlements Ensure compliance with tax, social security, pension, and labor regulations Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll with finance accounts Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies

HR Operations



Maintain employee records and HR databases Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes Manage attendance, leave, and time-tracking systems Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, termination, etc.) Support employee relations and HR policy implementation

Compliance & Reporting



Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies Prepare statutory filings and coordinate with auditors or authorities Generate HR and payroll reports for management review
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
