Job Description

• Duties/Responsibilities: ₹ Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
Good knowledge of tax rate, exemptions & deduction as per Income tax Act
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Ensures compliance with state and local payroll, wage.
Experience in registration as well as return filing of PF, PT, LWF, ESIC, S&E.
Well versed with due dates relating to payment & return filing
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Reporting of variance in CTC components and Tax on monthly basis
Filing etds returns/ correction if needed. Generation of Form 16 to employees.
Head count reconciliation & other data required for
Resolving payroll discrepancies, answering to client by questions and requests
Performs other duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities: ₹ Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excel
Proficient with payroll software. (GreyT HR, Precision)
Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting payroll.
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Excellent communication skills Education and Experience: ₹ Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Inter CA preferred
Three to five years of related experience required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
