Assist clients with
PF withdrawals, pension claims, transfer cases

Maintain
labour records, contractor salary sheets, and wage registers
as per minimum wage guidelines
Draft and process documents for
labour license renewals, shop & establishment registration, and audit inspections
Manage
grievance redressals
through formal communication with statutory authorities
Participate in and lead
labour law audits
at client locations including
construction sites and factories
Monitor deadlines for filings, respond to inspection notices, and track progress on pending cases
Provide training and support to junior staff and act as liaison for escalated compliance matters
Maintain regular communication with clients for updates, reminders, and statutory advice
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in payroll and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)
Education:
12th Pass or Graduate (Commerce/Law/HR preferred)
Proficient in
MS Excel
, Word, and basic computer operation
Working knowledge of Indian
labour laws
and government portals
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
