Job Summary:



As a Payroll & HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll & other administrative functions for Diversified regional offices. Ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing through HRIS. Managing employee queries, you will be handling all aspects of the payroll cycle with the support of an experienced team while working independently.

The role also supports HR team with employee related activities and provides hands-on support across daily payroll operations, helping & maintain compliance, service quality, and payment integrity.



Role and Responsibilities:



Process end-to-end payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements -will support multiple geographies Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary or benefit changes in HRIS Verify attendance, work hours, and leave records to ensure accurate payroll calculation Prepare and distribute employee pay slips and related reports Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes, benefits, and other statutory contributions Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legislation Payment of calculated commissions/bonuses Handle payroll-related queries and provide timely resolution to employees Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with audits or reporting as needed Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency Partnering with HRBP & HR operations on terminations, leave liabilities, and reporting Stay up to date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements of payroll regions you would be handling

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

Required:



Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management Strong numerical and analytical skills

Skills & Experience Requirements:



Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively 3+ years' payroll experience Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and others

Preferred Skills & Experiences:



Experience managing payroll for APAC region Knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations for APAC Payroll certification or relevant professional qualifications Maintaining Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) rates and updates as necessary Experience working with Pronto
