Administer weekly/monthly payroll for a diverse workforce.
Ensure all payroll data is accurately captured and processed in accordance with company policies and UK tax legislation.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, commission, and statutory payments (e.g., sick pay, maternity/paternity leave).
Process statutory deductions such as PAYE, National Insurance, student loans, and pension contributions (auto-enrolment).
Prepare and submit accurate payroll information to HMRC, including RTI (Real Time Information) submissions.
Issue P45, P60, and P11D forms as required.
