We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Payroll Executive
with hands-on experience in payroll processing and employee salary administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliances, excellent data management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and employees.
Roles and responsibility
1.Documentation & Onboarding process, maintain MIS report.
2.Statutory Compliance maintenance monthly basis, like PF ESIC PTAX, LWF etc.
3.Day to day HR operation related activities.
4.Maintain employee database, MIS details of employees, updating their database time to time.
5. Payroll Management & checking salary sheet.
6. Bonus Calculation, Gratuity Calculation.
Preferred candidate profile
1+ year of experience in compliance & payroll preferred.
Qualification: Any graduate
