The Payroll Executive will manage complete payroll operations through
GreytHR
for both
blue-collar (factory/workshop)
and
white-collar (office & retail)
employees of Anamika Fashionwears & Exports Pvt. Ltd. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and seamless coordination between HR, Accounts, and Department Heads.

Support HR and Accounts in payroll audits and compliance checks.
Maintain records for
gratuity, bonus, and leave encashment
.
Employee Data & Coordination:
Maintain accurate employee master data for all factory, retail, and office staff.
Coordinate with Department Heads for attendance validation and overtime approval.
Prepare monthly
payroll MIS
and share with management.
Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce / HR / Business Administration.
2-4 years of hands-on experience using GreytHR
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of payroll process for both
blue- and white-collar
workforce.
Understanding of statutory compliances: PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and TDS.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS preparation).
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in
apparel manufacturing / export / retail
industry preferred.
Familiarity with biometric attendance integrations.
