Position: Payroll Executive

Location: Villupuram (Native Preferred) / Willing to settle-down in Villupuram

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory)

Key Requirements

Advanced Excel Skills

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP Pivot Tables MIS reports Data validation & error-free payroll processing

Experience in HRMS / Payroll Software

Attendance integration Leave management Salary structure handling PF, ESI, TDS knowledge

Good Communication Skills

Coordination with employees Query handling Documentation & reporting

Job Responsibilities

End-to-end monthly payroll processing PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus & Gratuity calculations Attendance & leave reconciliation Salary revisions, arrears & variable pay processing Preparing statutory reports (EPF, ESIC, LWF) Managing full & final settlements Coordinating with Finance, HR & Store teams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
