Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor
daily attendance, leave, OT, and shift records
Handle
time office operations
including biometric systems and attendance software
Prepare and process
monthly payroll
ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
Manage
salary calculations
, deductions, arrears, and incentives
Ensure compliance with
statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.)
Coordinate with HR and accounts for payroll and attendance-related matters
Generate payroll reports, MIS, and statutory registers
Address employee queries related to attendance and payroll
Maintain employee records and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field
3-5 years of experience
in Time Office and Payroll management
Hands-on experience with
payroll software
and biometric systems-HR one software.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Good communication and coordination skills
