to manage payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of HRMS software, and a keen understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll through HRMS accurately and on time.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
2. Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, etc.).
File statutory returns and maintain required documentation.
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for audits and inspections.
3. Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
Support team-building and cultural development programs.
4. General HR Support:
Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain HR MIS reports and employee database.
Support HR team in various functions as required.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in HRMS software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Problem-solving and employee-first mindset
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 to 3 years of experience in payroll, compliance, and employee engagement
Preferred:
Experience with any payroll software.
