Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime data, and ensure
they are updated in the system.
Handle salary structure creation, revisions, and related documentation.
Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and labour laws.
Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and MIS reports for management.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and queries.
Address employee payroll concerns and resolve salary-related discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll data.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, compliance, and payroll cycle.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
Experience with payroll software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
