Calculate and process
TDS on salaries
and ensure timely filing of related returns.
Coordinate with the finance team for
GST-related compliance
and payroll-related accounting entries.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure adherence to
labour laws and company policies
.
Reconcile payroll data, prepare monthly payroll reports, and resolve employee queries.
Support audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, labour laws, and other relevant statutory regulations.
