Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and monthly salary processing.
Maintain and update payroll records and ensure timely statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
Reconcile payroll data with ERP and finance systems.
Coordinate with HR, finance, and statutory auditors for payroll-related queries and documentation.
Generate payroll reports and MIS as required.
Requirements:
MBA/Postgraduate in Human Resources.
4-5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience with ERP Payroll Modules (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, income tax, and statutory deductions.
