Key Responsibilities
The Executive Payroll will be responsible for a range of payroll, compliance, and accounting activities:
Payroll Management and Processing
.
Handling
Statutory Compliance
including PF, ESIC, PTAX.
Preparing and processing Yearly/Monthly returns and Challans.
Liaison with Government Departments
such as PF, ESIC, and PT Department.
MIS
(Management Information Systems) generation.
Communication & Helpdesk
for Query redressal, including I-Tax Computation.
Book Keeping
including passing Journal Vouchers (JV) in Tally.
Preparing
Balance Sheet
and performing
Liabilities reconciliation
of employee liability.
Following the
Process & Control for Quality Assurance process
.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Graduation, specifically a
GRADUATE (BCOM)
is preferred.
Experience:
1 - 2 years of work experience in handling Payroll and Accounts.
Gender:
Male candidate.
Skills:
Tech Savvy

Excellent communication skills.
Hands-on experience working on
Excel
with formulas and macros, and
G Sheet
.
Exposure to
US Payroll
(if any) is a plus.
Experience with
GreyT HR, Spine Payroll
or any other payroll software is desired.
