Role Overview:
We are seeking a Payroll Executive with strong expertise in payroll processes, including pre- and post-disbursement verification, Full & Final Settlement (FFS), gratuity, and incentive verification. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of payroll activities for client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle payroll verification before and after salary disbursement.
Manage Full & Final Settlement (FFS) for exiting employees.
Calculate and process gratuity and other statutory benefits.
Verify incentive payouts and ensure compliance with client policies.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Coordinate with HR and finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal controls

Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in payroll verification, FFS, gratuity, and incentive calculations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).
