Ensure timely and accurate
salary disbursement
and generate pay slips.
Maintain and update
employee master data
and payroll records in the system.
Calculate and process
bonus, arrears, incentives, and full & final settlements
.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements --
PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS
.
Address employee payroll queries promptly and effectively.
Liaise with HR and operations teams for manpower and attendance updates.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance.
