We are looking for a Payroll Executive in Facility Industry...

Experience: 2+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 35 K

Location: Sec 74 A, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :



Payroll Processing:

Accurately calculate, process, and disburse employee salaries, including overtime and deductions.

Compliance:

Ensure payroll operations adhere to all federal, state, and local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain precise payroll records and update employee information.

Deductions & Taxes:

Manage statutory deductions, process wage garnishments, and ensure timely payment and filing of payroll taxes.

Employee Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, resolving payroll-related questions and concerns professionally.

Reporting:

Generate payroll reports and financial summaries for management, aiding in financial decision-making.

Reconciliation:

Verify and reconcile monthly payroll accounts and liabilities.

Benefits Administration:

Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
