Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients with an employee base of 250-300 members.
Handle statutory compliance, including
PF, ESI, PT, LWF
, and related filings.
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual compliance reports as per statutory norms.
Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data, statutory deductions, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with internal teams and client HR for smooth payroll operations.
Ensure timely payment and filing of challans for PF & ESI.
Assist in handling employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory compliances.
Keep updated with labor laws, statutory regulations, and ensure 100% compliance.
Requirements:
Graduate (B.Com / MBA HR / Equivalent).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in
Payroll & Compliance
within the
Staffing / HR Services industry
.
Hands-on experience in handling
PF, ESI, and compliance for 250-300 employees
.
Good knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple clients.
