Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll, including attendance, leaves, OT, and deductions.
Maintain and update employee salary records and payroll data.
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT,) and generate returns.
Manage new joiner salary setup, full & final settlements, and reimbursements.
Prepare payroll MIS reports and support audits.
Resolve employee salary and payroll-related queriesRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Commerce.
1-3 years of payroll processing experience.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, and payroll systems.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
