Job Description

Responsibilities



Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time. Maintain and update payroll records and employee information. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related queries. Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate processing of employee benefits and deductions. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations. Implement necessary adjustments to payroll processes to maintain compliance. Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation. Manage payroll software and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly. Prepare and file payroll tax returns and other required reports. Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. Provide training and support to other payroll staff as needed. Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
