Ensuring timely rollout of Offer Letters and any other relevant employment letter
2) Payroll Processing
Timely receipt and verification /Authentication of Attendance records
Ensure timely Open Houses and resolutions of all grievances within agreed timelines
Error-free management and processing of salary /payroll , statutory deductions, insurance, any other benefits as per client requirements
Timely distribution of payslips and resolution of employee grievance within TAT
3) Operational Excellence and Compliance
Adherence to all applicable Adhaan SOP's, rules, guidelines and policies
Adherence to all agrees SLA's with the clients
Accurate Payroll / salary processing as per statutory compliances
Providing UAN & ESIC data to compliance teams as per SOP's
Comply with all local payroll practices relevant in the regional level of operation in respective levels be it labour laws, tax regulations, professional tax etc.
Maintain and update Associate data in the HRMS
Maintain hygiene and accuracy with respect to all internal and external payroll audits
4) Reporting and communication
Timely submission of required and agreed reports/ dashboard data to respective authorities and senior stakeholders
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Languages Known : English, Hindi, Gujarati
