Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and salary structure.
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax etc.).
Coordinate with HR and Finance for monthly inputs and reconciliations.
Address employee queries related to payroll and deductions.
Prepare payroll-related reports for management review.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance or related field.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
