We are hiring a

Payroll Executive

with strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end payroll processing

for employees.

Calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits

in line with company policy and legal regulations. Maintain accurate

employee data, attendance, and timesheet records

. Respond to

employee queries related to payroll

. Prepare

monthly payroll reports

, tax filings, and compliance documentation. Assist with

PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory filings

. Conduct

payroll audits

to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with

HR and Finance teams

to resolve discrepancies. Stay updated on

payroll laws and labor regulations

. Support in

payroll system upgrades or implementation

.

Desired Candidate Profile

CA Inter

qualified 4 to 8 years of experience in

payroll processing

Good knowledge of

statutory compliance

(PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) Experience with

payroll software

(Tally, SAP, GreytHR, etc.) preferred Attention to detail and good communication skills
