Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries

Compliance & Statutory Deductions
Calculate and deduct PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory components
Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory dues
Maintain compliance with labor laws and tax regulations

Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain updated payroll records for all employees
Manage onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data
4.
Reporting & MIS
Generate payroll reports for management and audit purposes
Prepare monthly MIS on salary costs, deductions, and reimbursements
Support finance and HR teams with data as required
5.
Reimbursements & Benefits
Process claims for travel, medical, and other reimbursements
Coordinate with HR for benefits like insurance, bonuses, and incentives
Ensure timely disbursement and documentation
6.
Audit & Reconciliation
Reconcile payroll accounts with finance and bank statements
Support internal and external audits with required documentation
Address discrepancies and resolve payroll-related queries
7.
System & Process Improvements
Work with HRMS/payroll software for automation and accuracy
Suggest improvements to payroll processes and documentation
Ensure backup and data security protocols are followed
Validate attendance, leave, and overtime data
Handle salary revisions, arrears, and final settlements
