Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll management including salary processing, statutory compliance, and employee queries.
Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure timely compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Handle employee engagement and support HR operations as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
3 to 6 years of experience in payroll and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
