Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and wage registers.
Ensure accurate salary calculations (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, etc.).
Generate salary slips, payroll reports, and reconciliation statements.
Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
Prepare and submit monthly statutory challans (PF, ESIC, PT).
File returns and maintain statutory registers as per government guidelines.
Handle labour audits and government inspections.
Maintain contractor compliance, agreements, and documentation.
Liaisoning & Coordination
Liaise with government officials for compliance-related work.
Handle queries from HR, employees, and government departments.
Coordinate with external consultants if required.
Salary will be fixed based on the candidate's experience and interview performance.
