Execute monthly payroll for UAE entities (Dubai, Sharjah, ADGM).
Prepare WPS / SIF files and coordinate with banks for salary disbursement.
Validate leaves, attendance, deductions, allowances and EOSB components.
Support GPSSA, ML, sick leave calculations as per UAE Labour Law.
Ensure 100% compliance with UAE payroll standards and WPS timelines.
Statutory Compliance - India
PF: UAN creation, ECR filing, challans, basic revisions, joint declarations.
ESIC: IP creation, monthly returns, challans, inspection support.
Professional Tax & Labour Welfare Fund (state-wise submissions).
Gratuity calculations, LWF updates, bonus eligibility tracking.
Maintain statutory registers and audit files.
Statutory Compliance - UAE
GPSSA calculations & submissions (where applicable).
UAE visa/medical/insurance tracking for payroll dependency.
Maintain employee files as per MOHRE/ADGM requirements.
HR Record & Data Management
Maintain digital employee files, onboarding documentation, IDs, forms, contracts.
Maintain Zoho People records, attendance logs, shift rosters & leave dashboards.
Ensure clean, audit-ready HR folders for India + UAE entities.
Manage HR letters: salary certificates, NOCs, letters, declarations.
Support internal/external audits (ISQM2, Statutory, Management Audit).
Coordination & Support
Work closely with HR team for offer rollouts, inductions, exit formalities.
Coordinate with managers for attendance corrections and leave validations.
Liaise with Finance for payroll reconciliation and voucher closures.
Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
Skills & Requirements
Must-Have
2-3 years of hands-on payroll experience (India payroll mandatory).
Basic UAE payroll knowledge (WPS, allowances, leave structure) - or willingness to learn.
Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act.
Strong Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Experience in HRMS tools (Zoho preferred).
High accuracy, confidentiality, and deadline-driven approach.
Ability to work across multiple entities simultaneously.
Education
B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDM (HR/Finance preferred).
Additional payroll/statutory certificates will be an advantage.
