The Payroll Associate is responsible for accurate and timely processing of employee payroll for our clients, while ensuring full compliance with applicable tax and labour laws and internal policies. The role involves processing of payroll through a cloud based tecnhology platform, ensuring TDS and other statutory compliance (e.g. PF/ESI/PT/ LWF) coordinating with Client's HR and Finance, and responding to employee payroll queries in a professional and customer?focused manner.
